499 PARK AVENUE
MODERNIZING THE MIDTOWN MANHATTAN OFFICE OF A DISTINGUISHED INVESTMENT FIRM.
In Midtown Manhattan, Jonathan Schloss / Architect has re-designed the office space of an investment firm with the intention of elevating their space’s aesthetic quality and reconfiguring the spaces to provide more suitable accommodations.
The creation of a new employee lounge will provide necessary comforts, aiding employees in their return to office work, while the synchronization of architectural elements and details in the newly configured plan of offices will bring a cohesion to the spaces.
A focus has been the careful selection of fine materials, through which Mozambique wood paneling, moon cream marble floors, and oil-rubbed bronze detailing contribute a sophistication and elegance befitting of the office environment. Lighting design has been refined to display and accentuate the firm's impressive collection of paintings and drawings, which adds personality to the financial firm's home.
