Extend Fertility offers egg-freezing for women who want to proactively preserve their fertility options and a variety of fertility treatments for couples. Over the past few years, our design team has worked closely with the organization’s physicians, embryologists, and leadership to develop and implement a new brand architecture in their flagship location just south of Central Park. The New York facility has established an adaptable architectural language for future growth. Our design balances Extend's desire for a clean, modern medical facility with a space that is comfortable and welcoming.

Each facility is equal parts office, clinic and laboratory. In the New York location, two floors center around a backdrop of curved blue walls.

Glass walls to open the space up to stunning views of Carnegie Hall. Furniture and finishes were selected to be colorful, soft and complement the architecture. The interiors are well-suited to a variety of visitors facing unfamiliar procedures. Particular care was paid to the design of the embryology laboratory, a sealed environment with specialized mechanical systems, gas piping and electrical requirements.

JSA has served as the design architect for the expansion of the Extend Fertility brand across the country. In this role, we have assisted with site selection and adaptation of the established brand architecture in Los Angeles and Chicago including four phases of work in New York City and New Jersey.
